The company was founded in 2003 and is located in Wangqingtuo Industrial Park, Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is a large-scale steel structure integrated supporting service enterprise that integrates steel structure design, production, and installation. It is a specialized production enterprise for high-frequency welded H-beams and is a member unit of the China Metal Structure Association, the China Steel Structure Association, and the chairman unit of the Tianjin Steel Structure Society.

The company has a second level qualification for steel structure professional contracting and a first level qualification for steel structure manufacturing and processing. It is one of the leading steel structure manufacturers in North China, with its business scope mainly distributed in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei economic circle, the three northeastern provinces, North China, and Northwest China, and exported to Southeast Asia and African countries. The company covers an area of over 100 acres and currently has a production workshop of over 27000 square meters. It has an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of steel structures, 100000 tons of high-frequency welded H-beams, and a manufacturing capacity of 1 million square meters of building panels. The company has completed more than 150 large and 
medium-sized projects so far, including 12 public buildings, 18 heavy steel factories, and over 100 light steel factories and multi story factories.

The company was recognized as a technology-based small giant enterprise in 2012, with over 30 technology patents. It is the Residential Steel Structure Technology Department of Tianjin Building Steel Structure Technology Engineering Center and the Special Research Base for Innovative Structural System of Steel Structure Residential Buildings at Tianjin University. In 2013, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. In 2014, it collaborated with Academician Ma Kejian to research a new type of "box structure system" and was approved by the Tianjin Association for Science and Technology to establish Ma Kejian at the end of the year Academician workstation.
